The A-1 Certified Technician

• The A-1 Carpet Care technician’s goal is to remove as much of the water as possible with extraction equipment. Professionally trained, the A-1 technicians is a courteous and reliable emergency service expert.Certified by the IICRC, the A-1 Carpet Care technicians are known for their analytical approach to determining the fastest methods in which to extract water and restore the property.Therefore, our technicians are able to quickly restore the property back to pre-loss condition and minimize customer inconvenience.

Equipped to Restore & Control Water Damage

A-1 Carpet Care is equipped with the most efficient and modern water damage / deflooding equipment in the industry. Our equipment list includes:

• A large fleet of truck & utility vehicles for fast transport to loss sites

• Over 200 air movers to create air flow & speed-up the evaporation rate

• The “State of Pyschrometrics” is made available through trailer – mounted & portable dessicant dehumidifiers; Used to speed-up drying by moving large amounts of dry air through the structure which minimizes damage – When evaporation & dehumidification are equal you have established a balanced drying system.

• Moisture meters & monitors are instruments for moisture detection to show where moisture is a problem & When materials are completely dry

• Effective Anti-Microbial & odor control products – A disinfectant followed by Humidity reduction & rapid drying will destroy most microbes.

Specializing in Full Restoration

• A-1 also provides: debris removal and clean-up; smoke & odor control; dry wall, as well as, all other structural services to complete all aspects of the restoration projects.Additionally, if the carpet and flooring are not able to be restored, A-1 Carpet Care features top-quality carpeting, padding and hard flooring.

Project Documentation & Accountability

• To ensure that all work is completed in a professional manner, A-1 Carpet Care documents each phase of a water damage project.Work Authorization for Mandated Services
  Upon arrival, we complete a preliminary evaluation and review all options to determine our course of action. Upon your approval we begin the mandated services of emergency water extraction, pad removal and initiate the drying process.

  Complete Inspection for Accurate Estimate
  A-1 Carpet Care checks all visible flooring for degree of damage. We then disengage the carpeting to inspect damage to the carpet backing, sub-floor, walls and padding.

  Time & Material or Unit Cost Billing
  Once we have completed a comprehensive inspection, we prepare a Damage Survey. We use billing methods that help both the customer and adjuster understand the full value of the repairs. Savings in restoration are more than offset by the additional higher costs of reconstruction procedures.

  Certificate of Satisfaction
  After all work is completed, a Certificate of Satisfaction will be completed and presented for signature by the proper party. The Certificate of Satisfaction ensures that all work was completed professionally.
